Looking for a way to shed some of that holiday weight? Has quarantine got you packing on a few extra pounds that you've decide you want nothing to do with come this new year?


Of course, exercise does play a huge role in weight loss, but then again, so does your diet. To help speed up the process, the 5:2 Diet might just be the thing for you.


Now, it may seem a bit more "extreme" than other diets and it is probably not the best option if you have just started on your own IF journey. But, after all,  numerous people do swear by it.
