Rosehip Oil Brightening Mask

What You Need:
  • 2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons unflavored Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey (the darker the better)
  • 3 Drops Rosehip Oil
What To Do:

Simple enough, get a lemon and squeeze out the juice. Make yourself some lemonade because as mentioned, you will only be using 2 tablespoons, so why put the rest to waste? Put in a bowl along with your yogurt, and honey. Mix well, mix thoroughly. Add the 3 drops of rosehip oil last, then mix again.

Apply your homemade brightening rosehip oil mask on clean dry skin. Massage it into your face and neck evenly in a circular motion. Do so for about 3-5 minutes to really get it into your skin, then let it sit for another 10-15.

Rinse off with cold water and pat dry.

Rosehip Oil Moisturizing Facial Mask

What You Need:

  • 2 Drops Rosehip Oil (Always choose organic!)
  • 2 Teaspoons Yogurt (Preferably plain.)
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey (Remember, just like chocolate, when choosing honey, the darker, the better!)

What To Do:

The first two ingredients that you will be working with are the yogurt and the honey. You wanna take both in a bowl and get mixing. Mix until both are well blended together. Once you have a nice consistency, simply add your rosehip oil. 2 drops should suffice, but you can always go up to 3 if you like. Mix again. Mix well.

Easy breezy! You have your very own homemade moisturizing rosehip oil mask ready to be applied.

Now, before you spread the mask on your face, make sure that it is nice and clean to begin with. As always, wash your face first then pat dry. Next, take your homemade mask and simply apply evenly all over your face and neck. Do so in a gentle, circular motion focusing on problem areas.

Let it sit for a good 15 minutes. You can use this time to clean up the little mess that you might have made or just sit back, heck lie down even, and just relax.

After the 15-minute wait, rinse off thoroughly with cool if not cold water. Again, pat dry.

Rosehip Oil Anti Aging Mask

What You Need:
  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Oat Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 3-5 Drops Rosehip Oil

What To Do:

Slice an avocado in half, take 2 tablespoons, then mash it well in a bowl. You can save the rest of it for a healthy snack later on. Add the oat flour and the honey and mix and mash some more until you have a rather smooth but pasty substance. Add the oils last and give it one more go.

As always, you want to start with a clean, dry face. Apply your rosehip oil anti-aging mask all over your face and neck. You also want to massage this in for about 5 minutes then let it sit for a good 30 minutes. This is the perfect time to find the rest of that avocado.

Rinse off with cold water and pat dry. Follow up with your favorite moisturizer.

Wrinkle Fighting Mask

What You Need:
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Aloe Vera gel.
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Vitamin E Capsule
  • 3 drops Rosehip Oil

What To Do:

First, you need to get the Aloe Vera gel. Don’t worry. This is super easy.  Pick a leaf from the plant and then simply squeeze out the good stuff until you have enough of what you need. With Aloe Vera, a little really does go a long way. So one tablespoon should definitely suffice for your face.

Once you have that ready, mix in your egg white as well as the 3 drops of rosehip oil. Then take a Vitamin E capsule, prick it with a needle, and just as with the Aloe Vera, again, you want to squeeze out the good stuff. Now that you have all the ingredients you need in a bowl, mix away. Mix until everything is well blended together.

Done. Cover all over your face and let it sit for a good 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing off with cool water. Pat dry.

Skin Firming Mask

  • 4 Tablespoons of Minced Cabbage
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 Teaspoons of Rice Flour
  • 3 Drops Rosehip Oil

What To Do:

As I mentioned earlier, it really is simple. First of all, take your cabbage, you won’t need a lot, maybe even just one leaf, wash it well, then mince away. Keep on chopping until you have about 4 spoons full.  Get your egg, crack it, and separate the yolk from the white. You will only need the white. Then mix everything in a bowl and add the 2 teaspoons of rice flour and 3 drops of Rosehip oil.

Keep on mixing until you have a smooth yet sticky paste-like substance.

When your mask is ready, remember to start with a dry clean face, then apply evenly on face and neck (avoid the eye and mouth areas). To really let the goodness sink in, you can massage it on in circular motions for about 2 minutes.  Then let it sit for a good 15-20 minutes. This is the perfect time for you to relax, or even clean up the mess you made when preparing the mask.

When the 20 minutes is done, wash off with cool, if not cold water (cold is always better as it also helps tighten your pores and firm your skin). Then pat dry. You can follow up with moisturizer if you like.
