What You Need:

2 Tablespoons Fuller’s Earth aka Multani Mitti

3 Tablespoons Water

1 Tablespoon Aloe Vera

1 Vitamin E Capsule

1 Pinch Turmeric Powder

2-3 Drops Cacay Oil

What To Do:

First, gather all the ingredients you need. Mix your Fuller’s earth and water together until you have a nice paste-like substance. For the Aloe Vera, freshly picked, you want to squeeze out all the good stuff until you have a whole tablespoon full. Mix it in

(Don’t have an Aloe Vera plant? Get one! It is low maintenance and it can be used in numerous ways, from healing burns to acting as a great natural skin moisturizer.)

Next, take a vitamin E capsule, prick a hole in it with a needle, and squeeze out the good stuff as well. Add a pinch of turmeric powder along with a couple drops of Cacay Oil. Mix all your ingredients together. Voila! Your homemade glow mask is done.

How To Apply:

You want to start with a clean face. So be sure to wash before applying this mask. You want your skin to be totally makeup/dirt/grime-free for the mask to be most effective.

Now, just like any other mask, simply apply evenly all over your face and neck steering clear of your eye area. Let it sit for a good 15 minutes. Then rinse off with cool water. Cool water is the best as it tends to close and tighten your pores.
