When it comes to keeping your skin moisturized and healthy, aside from sunblock, lotion is your best friend. However, lugging around a bottle in your bag can get messy. So, this spill-proof solution is perfect.

Plus, this makes a great gift for your family and friends.

What You Need:

  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Beeswax
  • 1/3 Cup Shea Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Matcha
  • 7 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
  • 3 Drops Argan Oil

What To Do:

First, you will need a double boiler. No double boiler? No problem. So, this is what you do instead. Take a saucepan and fill it about halfway with water. Bring the water to a boil. Turn off your stove. Next, get a glass jar. A mason jar is perfect, but any glass jar will do. Add your coconut oil, beeswax, and shea butter into the glass jar and place it, the entire jar, right into your saucepan. The hot water will melt all the ingredients together.

Once that’s done, take the jar out of the saucepan and add your matcha, peppermint oil, and argan oil to the mix. Stir well.

Pour your mixture into your molds. Any mold will do, really, be it a muffin pan or what have you. But if you really want to get into the holiday spirit, Christmas-themed shaped ones would be great.

Set aside, and let it cool. You can actually pop it in the fridge to speed things up.
