What You Need:
- 1 Grapefruit (peeled and seeded)
- ½ Avocado
- 2 Cups Pineapple Chunks
- 1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
What To Do:
Having that your grapefruit is already peeled and seeded and that all the meat of your avocado has been spooned out, then all you have to do next is simply dump all the ingredients into a blender and whiz away until you have a nice, creamy consistency.
If you find it to be a bit too thick for your liking, you can always add a little water or even some low fat or non-dairy milk to the mix. Do so little by little. You don’t want to thin it out too much.
