Ditch this”, it actually explains why- and not just by saying “It’s fattening.” or “It’s bad for you.”. I feel like fully understanding, or at least having a better idea than just that something isn’t good is very motivational and helps you stick to the plan. However, the don't eat part is still something that I DO NOT LIKE AT ALL. No pizza, no sugar in my coffee, no fruit???  but then again, that really doesn't reflect on the guide itself, but just food in general. Sad. But it is after all just for 21 days. You will also find that along with a basic yes and no food list, you get great ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even dining out and party tips too. So, it is pretty fair to say that Diane has pretty much all food scenarios covered- that means no room for excuses. ☺ What I LOVE about this book, yes LOVE, is how Diane and her team keeps it real, so to speak.
