However, it was in 1994 when Forest, as well as just about everyone else fell in love with Jenny. Much more than a decade later, it was rather shocking as Robin Wright, in one of her latest movies, plays a role that she looks nothing like. Alongside Naomi Watts, the grandmothers in the retitled film adaptation, Adore. Pushing 50, hands on mother of two, recently divorced, Robin Wright, looks absolutely nothing like your nana. Fit and fab! Why else do you think that in the hit series House of Cards, Robin is definitely queen of the deck? So how does Robin Wright do it? Here are her top two stay young Secrets:

1. Zumba

“Oh my God, Zumba is the greatest invention ever for women. I like to exercise, though I do nothing consistently because I get bored and impatient. With Zumba, you’re dancing, you’re moving your hips. So much fun.”

Did you know that Zumba doesn’t only keep you fit and healthy, but it actually does keep you young too- both your body, as it is a complete cardio workout, as well as your brain… “ The Einstein Aging Study, summarized in June 19, 2003 New England Journal of Medicine, found that dancing helps prevent dementia.” [caption id="attachment_3770" align="aligncenter" width="330"]Robin Wright’s Top Two Stay Young Tricks Robin, in the blue bikini for the film Adore (The grandmothers) looks nothing like your nana![/caption]

2.“Sprinkles” of Botox

“You bet. Everybody f— does it. I suppose I can’t say ‘everybody’ because I don’t know for sure, but come on… It’s just the tiniest sprinkle of Botox twice a year. I think most women do 10 units, but that freezes the face and you can’t move it. This is just one unit, and it’s just sprinkled here and there to take the edge off.”

So, if you look closely at Robin's face, you will notice a few "laugh lines", which in her age is totally normal. Heck, if anything, it actually builds character, a true testament to aging gracefully if you ask me.

And a few last words:

Apparently, Robin Wright is a true believer of the whole you get what you give concept. Well, Wright couldn't be more right.

“I think we manifest the very thing we put out. If you’re putting out negativity, then you’re going to retrieve that same sentiment. If you emanate joy, it comes back to you. I don’t think there was much joy coming back to me before, because I wasn’t putting much out.”
