When it comes to stunning, sultry starts, there is no denying that Megan Fox is at the top of the list. At 27, sure she is still fresh and young, and the beauty tips and tricks she has up her sleeve is sure to keep her that way even in years to come.
Remember ladies, just as with the common cold, when it comes to taking care of your skin, prevention is definitely better than cure. It is never too early to start a good beauty routine.
Basic Beauty Beliefs:
"My beauty philosophy is 'less is more', so my daily routine consists of washing my face thoroughly and moisturising with La Roche-Posay sunscreen. I drink lots of water and think it's important to get lots of sleep."
Simple yet effective, but not exactly a “secret”. So moving on to something more specific…
"I have to wash my face every 12 hours and then moisturise. I only take showers as I don't like sitting in bath water. After my shower I moisturise with Grapeseed Oil from Whole foods. It's a great moisturiser and lighter than olive oil."
Why Grapeseed Oil Is So Great:
- Gets rid of acne
- Tightens skin
- It's Anit Aging (as it is full of antioxidants)
- Helps get rid of dark circles under the eyes
- Improves skin tone
- Reduces the appearance

How To Use Grapeseed Oil:
Not only is grapeseed oil inexpensive yet very effective, what makes it even better is that it is super simple to use. Just three quick and easy steps to follow:
Of course, the very first thing is to make sure that you start with a clean and dry face. Once you’ve washed and patted dry get your grapesed oil
Add a couple of drops on your palms and rub together. When both hands are nice and oily, gently pat over your face and neck. Do this slowly. With each pat, let your palm rest on your face for about 10 seconds before moving to another area. This is to make sure that the skin absorbs the good stuff.
For affected areas with acne, blemishes, or scars, spend a little more time and actually massage the grapeseed oil in using circular motions. For eyebags, dab the grapeseed oil on the dark areas.
"Even when I'm working I don't like wearing too much make-up, but when I'm on my own I go bare-faced as I like to give my skin a rest."
Forget Jennifer, What About Megan’s Body?
"Sport gives me positive energy so I exercise everyday with my trainer, Harley Pasternak. Each circuit is 45 minutes long and I lift weights but never do cardio."
But you should remember that losing weight is only 20% work, while the rest is diet. This is something that Megan has definitely under control.
"I eat five times a day and don't diet, but I do eat healthily- mostly raw and vegan food, with no dairy. It's not always possible with travel and filming, but I try. I also take supplements like silica and fish oil religiously."
More on Megan:
"My definition of beauty is simplicity, elegance and sensuality. Ava Gardner is my beauty icon. I think that when a woman is in harmony with herself and remains true to her values, she will glow naturally. Fememininity doesn't depend on what you wear or how you look. It's an attitude."
