Marissa Tomei’s Diet:
“I got lucky in the way my mom fed us when we were growing up – a Mediterranean diets, lots of fresh fruit and veggies, and protein, but on the minimal side. I get food from farmer’s markets as much as possible and drink lots of water. I don’t really believe in being fanatical about anything. I like it to feel that food gives me more energy, so I try to eat things that have a lot of prana, or life force, in it.”But to be more specific, apparently she likes to start her day with a cup of hot water and lemon, a boiled egg with a bit of olive oil, or some fresh berries, granola, and whole milk yogurt.

“I never got into coffee. It may take me a little longer to get going than other people, but this just feels really cleansing in the morning. I find that protein wakes up my brain and gets me ready for the rest of my day.”
"Not only keeps you in incredible shape, it's good for women's reproductive organs and hormones too."She likes to hula hoop.
"Once I started doing it regularly, I felt like hooping worked all the little muscles around my body--it shimmied everything into place!"And most importantly, she likes to have fun.
"I love to play, play, play! To go out dancing and be boisterous. It's fun to be a night owl, or feel naughty, drink wine, and have sex! Now that's the best kind of play there is!"
Marisa Tomei’s Beauty Must Haves:
“I drink a lot of water, and wash my face with Cetaphil, I use natural jojoba oil to moisturize but I do change moisturizers on and off. I usually stick to the basics. “
