What You Need:
- 3-5 Teaspoons of Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of Ground Coffee
- 2 Teaspoons of Coconut Oil
What To Do:It really is simple. All you really have to do is put the three ingredients in a bowl.
Yoghurt:The lactic acid found in yogurt actually helps to exfoliate the skin while smoothening it at the same time. It is especially great for people with sensitive skin. Because of it’s natural anti fugal and anti bacterial properties, it is also get to fight of pimples and blemishes too.
Ground Coffee:Caffeine has pretty potent anti inflammatory properties. Therefore, coffee grounds are good for reducing inflammation as well as redness in your skin. It is for this same reason that it is believed to help get rid of those dark circles under your eye bags.
Coconut Oil:Aside from just being oil, it has high fat content making this one of the best natural moisturizers around, not to mention that it’s small molecular structure makes is really easy for the skin to absorb.
