Avocado CreamThere is no denying that Avocado is definitely the ultimate anti aging fruit. Heck, it even works for your eye bags! Here is a simple recipe that you can whip up right in your kitchen. What you will need:
- 3 slices of avocado
- 5 drops of almond oil
The oil from avocados not only helps reduce age spots and repairs sun damaged skin, but it also combats free radicals which pretty much play a role in aging, diseases, and even cancer. Plus, they are also jam packed with vitamins E, D, and A too which are really good for your skin.
Almond OilIf you can’t get your hands on avocado, ditch the whole avocado cream and stick to plain almond oil instead. After all, why stress over a fruit when it isn’t in season? Even simpler, no mixing, mashing, cooking, boiling, or what have you required, all you need is almond oil just as it is. Every morning when you wake up and just before you go to bed, make this part of your beauty ritual. Simply place a drop or so of almond oil on your finger then from the inner corner, make a full circle all the way around your eye until you are back where you started, do the same but in reverse. Then with your index finger, gently pat it the oil in. This is supposed to lighten those under eye dark circles with continuous use.
