What You Need:[caption id="attachment_2958" align="aligncenter" width="240"] Banana pulp is great for cracked heels.[/caption]
- ½ A Banana
- ½ An Avocado
- ½ A Coconut
What To Do:Okay, fruits are definitely great for your feet, especially these three. But with the banana, you don’t get just one, but two great homemade tips. Take the pulp of a ripe banana then apply over your cracked heels. You can leave this on while you prepare part two. So make sure that you’re sitting on a stool with the blender, knife, and fruits within reach. You wanna keep your feet up to let them soak up that good banana stuff. [caption id="attachment_2963" align="aligncenter" width="148"] Avocado is one of the best natural moisturizers.[/caption] Then you get half of your banana, have an avocado, and half of a coconut (not the “nut” but what’s inside, of course) and put everything in a blender. Whiz away until you have nice creamy paste. This should take about a minute or so. [caption id="attachment_2965" align="aligncenter" width="225"] Go nuts for coconut![/caption] Rub all over your feet focusing on the cracked areas. Really massage it in in a circular motion, then let it sit for a good 15 minutes or so. Relax your feet and enjoy a treat- the other halves make a great healthy snack too. When done, wash off with warm water and pat dry.
- TIP: follow up with your fave lotion. Remember, dry skin is a sin!

- 1 Cup Of Honey
- 1 Bucket Of Warm Water
What To Do:All you have to do is mix one cup of honey with 1 bucket of water. Actually, it’s better to do this with hot water first, to really dissolve the honey, then once that’s done, just add cold water until you have warm. Soak your feet for a good 15-20 minutes. Make the most of it, light a candle, close your eyes, relax. When that’s done, simply scrub off gently and voila feet so soft and supple! How's that for a sweet treat for your feet?
- TIP: Exfoliating your feet should be part of your weekly routine, with or without cracked heels. Remember, prevention is better than cure! ALWAYS!
What You Need:[caption id="attachment_2939" align="alignleft" width="240"] A little lemon goes a long way...[/caption]
- 2 Teaspoons of Vaseline
- Fresh Lemon Juice
What To Do:You want to start with clean and dry heels, well, feet altogether. This actually makes the perfect follow up to your honey scrub. But you can also just soak your feet in plain warm water if you like, also for about 15-20 minutes. Pat dry. Now you get your Vaseline, put it in a bowl, squeeze a few drops of lemon, and mix. Once you have your little concoction, rub it over your heels focusing on the problem areas. Really massage it in. Pull a pair of sock over, preferably made of wool, then go to bed. That’s right, overnight delight. Soothe while you snooze. Simply wash off when you wake up in the morning.
- TIP: But for more serious cases, trade in your Vaseline for some Paraffin wax. Heat in a pan along with lemon juice and add a bit of coconut oil to the mix. wait to cool, then follow the same steps as above.
