The first thing to do is to peel and slice up one onion and one garlic. (You can crush the garlic a bit with the butt of your knife to really get the juice out. When that’s done, take a pot, add about a cup and a half of water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the onion and the garlic. Let it boil for another five minutes. Then leave to cool.
Take your gauze. Fold it over a couple of times to make it thick and to also make it just about the right size to cover the middle part of your sole. Pour some of the onion/garlic water onto the gauze. You want this to be a bit damp, not soaking wet. If you have put too much, just simply squeeze out the excess. Then tape the gauze in place at the center of your sole, put on a pair of socks, and call it a night.
When you wake up, the gauze should have turned brown or black. The more you do it, the less toxins you’ll have until eventually the gauze won’t change color anymore.
