AVO COCO MASK:

This celebrity loves what she calls the AVO COCO MASK, and more than just swearing by it, she is actually sharing it.

"It's really easy, it's inexpensive, and it's a good way to condition your hair. It's very natural. Obviously, there's no chemicals, and it's a great moisturizing mask"

What You Need:

  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ Cup of Coconut Milk
  • 3 Teaspoons of Olive Oil

What To Do:

Fist of all, you want to pit and peal the avocado. When done, mash it up to mush. Then add the coco milk and olive oil.  Mix well. Warm it up on the stove top or pop it in the microwave . Then you want to apply the mask. Massage it in from root to tip. Let it sit for a good 30 minutes. Then rinse off, preferably with lukewarm or even better, cold water.  "What I do is I dampen my hair, and then I put it all in my hair, and then put up in a little ponytail holder and let it sit in there, and then washing. and I do a light conditioner afterwards. And your hair is just super soft."

It may be sour, but the benefits are definitely sweet. Vinegar is another secret that Denise shares. Just don't forget to shampoo after use.

 "And then the other one that I love which is very easy is just simple vinegar. In the shower I'll put this on and it helps with shine, and you know, if anyone has any dandruff. It makes your hair really shiny, it can also help with volume as well.”
