Oh the Gorgeous Chalize Therone, not even that hideous make up from Monster (remember that 2003 film of hers?) could make this South African/ American actress look THAT bad (of course she looks a million times better without those nasty looking prosthetic teeth, the extra 30 pounds or so, and the terrible skin!)
Ten years since that film (which, by the way, she won an Oscar for), she is still as gorgeous as ever (without all the gunk and junk of course!). Like she hasn’t aged a day since. Her secret?
“When you live a good life and have good thoughts, it shows.”
Of course that’s just peachy, but come on, we want the real deal.
Chalize Theron’s Regular Routine:
“I just rinse my face with cold water — I don’t believe in overzealous cleansing — and then I apply La Roche-Posay 50 sunblock, a bit of foundation and mascara and I’m out the door.”
“Sunblock, my mother never left the house without it. I've been diligent about using it for most of my life.”
Sunblock is definitely a SKIN SMART choice. Remember ladies (and gents too) that there is nothing quite as damaging as those nast UV rays.
And Her Hair?
“I try to avoid using a blow-dryer too much, but it’s difficult when I’m running from one appearance to another and my hair is being styled several times a day. Every now and then, I give my hair a week’s vacation.”
"When I'm not working. I don't use a blow dryer, so you'll see me running around with wet hair. If I give my hair a break from heat, it does really well."
Charlize Theron’s Diet And Workout Routine
So how does this long legged siren keep her slender figure? A healthy well balanced diet and some regular exercise. More specifically…
Charlize Theron prefers 6 small meals to 3 big ones, which is a SMART CHOICE to STAY THIN. However, it isn’t just how (and how often) she eats but of course what she east.
Her meals basically consist of protein, so her choice of meat, fish, or eggs, accompanied by fruits, veggies, as well as ailments in starch all in moderation.
Then aside from what she eats, what she doesn’t is just as important.
Apparently Charlize Theron Tries her best to avoid pizza, burgers, and cooks.
When it comes to exercise she does:
- Karate as her strength training
- Jogging and Swimming
- And Stretching for at least 15 minutes after each work out session.
All that 4 times a week. So even if she is blessed with crazy good looks, she obviously works hard to keep it that way.
What About Plastic Surgery?
“I prefer not to judge.”
