On Getting Your Chia Seeds Ready:

The thing about using chia seeds, to really get the best out of them, you have to first soak your seeds in water for a good ten minutes. After, dump into blender and give it a good whiz. This will change the seeds’ texture to something much better for digestion.

What To Do:

What I love about making smoothies is that they are super simple, super healthy, and super yummy too. In this case, All you have to do is get your ingredients ready- Chia seeds first, as mentioned above. Also, you wanna remove stems and leaves of your berries before measuring, peel the banana and slice it up into a couple of chunks. Then put everything in the blender and just whiz away. 2-3 minutes should suffice, but it really depends on your blender. Basically you want to have a smooth, creamy, substance. Once you get that, you are good as done. Pour into a glass and enjoy! Because Chia Seed Smoothies are so great, here are a couple recipes I found on the net that are definitely worth a try:
